This is for all the bakers! There’s so many ingredients that you can substitute to turn your recipe into a healthy low calorie one. Here’s some of my favourites:

Oil–> Greek yogurt
Oil–> Unsweetened apple sauce
Sugar–> vanilla extract
Sugar–> Unsweetened apple sauce
Sugar–> Stevia
Butter–> Mashed avocado
Butter–> Banana
Cream–> Evaporated skim milk
Flour–> Black beans
Chocolate chips–> Cocoa nibs
Mayo/Sour cream–> Plain yogurt
